Leong's Springfield Style Cashew Chicken

Ingredients

18-24 Breaded Chicken Nuggets (or unbreaded if preferred)

3 cups of Steamed or Asian Fried Rice

¼ cup of Chopped Green Onions

¼ cup of Roasted Cashews

1 Jar of Leong’s Original Springfield Style Cashew Chicken Sauce

 

Cooking Instructions

Cook Breaded Chicken and Steamed or Fried Rice.

Heat Leong’s Original Springfield Style Cashew Chicken Sauce in sauce pan,

Pour sauce over chicken and top with cashews and green onions.

If you like spicy dishes, add some “heat” to the dish by adding chili oil or Sriracha Chili Sauce.

Serve with steamed or Asian fried rice.


Leong’s Original Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients

18-24 Breaded Chicken Nuggets (or unbreaded if preferred)

3 cups of Steamed or Asian Fried Rice

½ cup Sliced Carrots

½ cup Chopped Red Onion

½ cup Chopped Green/Red Bell Peppers

½ cup Fresh or Canned Pineapple Tid Bits

1 Jar of Leong’s Original Sweet & Sour Sauce

 

Cooking Instructions

Cook Breaded Chicken and Steamed or Fried Rice.

Heat Leong’s Original Sweet & Sour Sauce in sauce pan.

Pour sauce over chicken and top with Vegetables and Pineapple.

If you like spicy dishes, add some “heat” to the dish by adding chili oil or Sriracha Chili Sauce.

Serve with steamed or Asian fried rice.


Leong’s Original General Chicken

Ingredients

18-24 Breaded Chicken Nuggets (or unbreaded if preferred)

1 Bag of Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables (or fresh if preferred)

3 Cups of Steamed Rice

1 Jar of Leong’s General Sauce

 

Cooking Instructions

Cook Breaded Chicken, Steamed Rice and Stir Fried Vegetables.

Heat large skillet or wok, add chicken and vegetables,

stir in Leong’s General Sauce and toss together until coated

and caramelized. If you like added “Heat”, add some Thai Chili Oil

or Sriracha Chili Sauce to the dish. Serve with steamed rice.
